Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi has sold a commercial shop in Andheri West's Lokhandwala Complex for ₹6.25 crore. The property, registered on July 1, was originally purchased by the actor for ₹2.12 crore in 2012.
Mumbai Real Estate: Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi has sold a commercial shop in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai, for ₹6.25 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate data analytics firm Liases Foras. The actor had purchased the property in 2012 for a little over ₹2.12 crore, making the sale a significant appreciation in value over nearly 14 years.
The sale was officially registered on July 1, 2026. The property is located on the ground floor of Grenville Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. in the popular Lokhandwala area of Andheri West.
Registration records show that the buyer is Umang Rajkumar Budhraja, who purchased the commercial unit for ₹6.25 crore. The buyer also paid a stamp duty of ₹37.50 lakh to complete the transaction.
The shop has a carpet area of 63.87 square metres (684 sq ft).
Based on the registered sale value, the deal works out to an estimated ₹91,400 per sq ft on the carpet area, highlighting the strong demand for commercial spaces in one of Mumbai's busiest retail locations.
Property records show that Arshad Warsi bought the same shop in February 2012 for more than ₹2.12 crore.
At the time of purchase, he paid over ₹10 lakh as stamp duty along with a registration fee of ₹30,000.
The latest transaction reflects the long-term appreciation in commercial property values in the Lokhandwala market.
Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West has become one of Mumbai's leading high-street retail destinations over the years.
The locality is home to several restaurants, cafés, fashion stores, salons, fitness centres and premium retail outlets. It also attracts visitors from nearby areas such as Versova, Oshiwara, and Andheri West.

He is widely known for his performances in films such as Munna Bhai M.B.B.S., the Golmaal series, Dhamaal, Jolly LLB, and several other successful movies. The actor will also be seen in the upcoming Dhamaal 4, one of the most awaited comedy films in the franchise.
